Position Summary

The Project Design Manager is responsible for supporting projects with the necessary design needs, drawing requirements, and overall management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is expected to be customer facing at times and leverages advanced CAD and Revit skills to create detailed room designs and product drawings. The Project Design Manager will also provide corresponding InnerSpace product quotes while collaborating with contractors, architects, clinical managers, Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), and Area Vice Presidents (AVPs).

Job Duties and Responsibilities

CAD / Project Management

• Generate quotes from shop drawings or project architectural plans.
• Create detailed customer facing drawings.
• Build room layouts and renderings to support sales efforts.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution from design through installation

Sales

Build and sustain strong relationships with national healthcare contractors.

Interface with general contractors and project managers at the project level.

Respond to request for quotes from contractors.

Understand our product offering and provide customers with product recommendations.

Critical Skills & Knowledge

Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Solid understanding of design principles and current trends.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of proven working experience in construction or room design and project management.

Proficiency in CAD and Revit design software is essential.

Strong Microsoft office and project management tools.

HubSpot experience a plus.
