We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional to become a key operational member : the Bilingual Office Assistant . This important role supports an innovative Rhode Island organization, helping to keep our workflow smooth and continuous in a fast-paced business setting.

Compensation :
Hourly Rate : $19–$22, based on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Office Assistant :
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and all internal staff.
Manage appointment calendars, coordinate key meetings, and handle intricate travel arrangements.
Develop professional correspondence, documentation, and presentations using the Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Handle a significant volume of incoming calls and emails with expert professionalism and speed.
Maintain meticulously organized electronic and physical filing systems with high precision.
Welcome visitors upon arrival and sustain a professional, welcoming, and business-focused office environment.
Assist in the efficient planning and execution of corporate functions and events.
Oversee all office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring stock levels remain adequate.
Verify and accurately process billing invoices and staff expense reports correctly and promptly.
Execute diverse administrative tasks and projects, demonstrating initiative and strong accountability.
Qualifications of a Bilingual Office Assistant :
Full language fluency in both English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
High school diploma or an equivalent certification is necessary.
Operational expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and interpersonal skills.
Intense focus on detail with an unwavering commitment to precision and accuracy.
The capacity to manage multiple priorities, structure workflow efficiently, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A polished professional demeanor and excellent aptitude for internal and external stakeholder relations.
The ability to work independently and cooperatively as a core member of the operations team.
Experience with workflow coordination software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) is beneficial.
One to two years of proven clerical or administrative background.
