Compensation : 60K - 65K commensurate with experience
Additional Compensation : HR Manager Yearly 20% potential Bonus

Job Duties
Manage the entire Human Resources function for the property, including hiring, engagement, employee relations, and partnering with Corporate Office on any legal matters / investigations.Partner with the Hotel’s General Manager to foster a positive work environment for all employees.Actively engage with the staff by walking around the hotel, getting to know employees, and hosting team building events.Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws.Ensure compliance with brand and management company standards, policies and procedures.Spearhead employee culture, including but not limited to AOS, team building events, training and development initiatives.Manage recruitment and hiring process. Including J1 visa program and create out of the box campaigns to attract and retain talent.Responsible for managing entire employee cycle.Complete administrative tasks related to the HR functions.Other duties as assigned.Requirements
Job Requirements
At 3-5 years of progressive experience within Human Resources required and preferably at least 3 years as a Manager.Strong understanding of Georgia and Federal laws and regulationsProven strategic engagement within the HR operationPrior hospitality experience or experience in similar industry preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage with employees at all levels of the organizationStrong organizational and administrative skillsPrior experience with UKG (company transitioning out of ADP) helpful but not requiredAdditional Requirements
