The largest dealership in Grand Rapids is looking for an additional Parts Delivery Driver to join our thirteenth-time Dealer of the Year award-winning organization. We offer a team environment, great benefits, career growth opportunities, and ongoing support.

This position is onsite Monday - Friday (7am - until scheduled deliveries are completed).

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • This position will be responsible for delivering GM parts to Berger customers while supporting our warehouse operations.
  • Safely deliver GM parts to wholesale customers in a timely, professional manner.
  • Organize and prepare routes by arranging deliveries and efficiently staging / loading parts.
  • Support team members by assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Handle and process parts returns as needed.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment.

    • DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High School Diploma; GED.
  • Prior delivery driving experience preferred.
  • Must pass and maintain DOT medical certification.
  • Valid chauffers' license required (CDL is also acceptable).
  • Ability to operate an automobile and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, trustworthy, highly organized, and consistently efficient.
  • Must allow pre-employment screenings, i.e., background checks, driving record evaluations, and drug testing.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, and adhere to workplace health procedures as directed by the public health department.
