We are partnering with a leading real estate law firm in Dallas, TX, seeking a skilled Real Estate & Business Formation Attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience. This is a great opportunity for a Real Estate & Business Formation Attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to contribute to a dynamic team.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in transactional real estate law.
• Strong experience in business formation, including structuring entities and transactional work.
• Proven ability to represent developers, lessors, managers, and brokers in real estate deals.
• Familiarity with real estate areas such as construction, bankruptcy, business entities, and corporate law.
• Texas law license required. Board certification in real estate law is a plus.
