We're seeking a Behavioral Health Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership for integrated behavioral health services across five primary care clinics in the Portland metro area. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on patient care, supporting a mission-driven nonprofit that serves approximately 45,000 patients , many covered by state insurance and living below the poverty line.

Lead and supervise a team of 7 Behavioral Health Clinicians and Community Health NavigatorsConduct performance evaluations, manage hiring / offboarding, and support staff developmentCollaborate with clinic leadership on coverage, templates, and productivity targetsMonitor team engagement and implement retention strategiesDrive behavioral health initiatives : ED / hospital transitions, social drivers of health, integrated care innovationPartner with leadership on budgets, billing, and sustainable service modelsMaintain a small caseload using brief, evidence-based interventions within the PCBH modelMust-Have Qualifications
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling PsychologyActive, unrestricted Oregon licenseLCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or Licensed Psychologist
