Job Description

  • Derive to create and manage detailed project plans including timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and ensure flawless execution.
  • Own the Scope of Work (SOW) and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Oversee resource allocation and workload balancing; collaborate with the PMO and Delivery Team leaders on forecasting and invoicing.
  • Work closely with design, development, and implementation teams to understand technical and functional aspects of the project.
  • Anticipate and analyze risks, maintain a project risk log and proactively address risks to prevent escalation.
  • Ensure clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders through structured updates and weekly reports
  • Manage change management and effective communication on the timeline and cost.
  • Adapt project management frameworks based on client & project needs.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to clients, articulating solutions and guiding teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.
  • Maintain strong financial oversight across project delivery while also aligning with clients’ goals to identify and accelerate high-value opportunities
  • Able to create consolidated updates in ppt for leadership consumption for Quarterly / Monthly reviews with sponsors
  • Lead Agile / Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Demos, and Retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 6 years in hands-on project management roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE / BTech); post-graduate or management degrees are advantageous.
  • Preferred : Extensive experience in Airline Industry and / or technical implementation
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies, with practical experience applying Agile / Hybrid frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Jira or equivalent project tracking tools such as Asana, Rally, or ClickUp.
  • Proficiency in MS office tools (ppt, xls and ms project
  • Technical fluency - either through direct experience in BA, Dev or QA roles, or the ability to comprehend and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Ability to comprehend team deliverables and quality
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive learning mindset.
  • High emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to lead teams as well as manage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Preferred certifications : PMP (strongly preferred), CSM, PMI-ACP, or PSM.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in automating infrastructure with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Strong expertise in architecture and implementing high-performance, fault-tolerant infrastructure solutions that meet stringent latency, availability, and uptime requirements.
  • Solid experience in configuring and managing load balancers, IAM Roles, EC2 instances, auto scaling groups, API management tools, and caching technologies.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker for containerized deployments.
  • Experience with application and infrastructure security principles and best practices.
  • Have a proven ability to delegate work effectively while maintaining oversight.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus. Bonus points for :
  • Experience working with Windows based systems in AWS.
  • Experience using PowerShell in a production environment.
  • Strong experience with Git lab CI.
  • Experience with VMC on AWS.
