Working Hours :

Hours vary between 7 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Employees can choose between working 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts, and are expected to rotate based on organizational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Supervisory Duties :

• Collaborate with the Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing, and other leaders to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
• Plan and oversee health service delivery, supervise staff, and lead quality improvement efforts.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of medical assistants for smooth patient care.
• Promote a productive and safe working environment with clear communication.
• Address patient complaints and questions promptly.
