Manager of Infrastructure

Our global solutions team is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure to lead a high-performing team of engineers supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure across database, automation, and middleware across both on-premise and cloud platforms (AWS & Azure). This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for mentoring, strategic planning, and operational excellence. You will oversee infrastructure operations and engineering initiatives, drive automation and modernization efforts, and ensure secure, scalable, and resilient systems across hybrid environments. This role will require you to lead the efforts of the engineers, as well as provide your expertise as needed with both stakeholders and application owners. You will ensure the operational requirements are met across the various towers within this key infrastructure group supporting and world-class media & entertainment cloud environment. This position requires strong collaboration across DevOps, Cloud, Security, and Application teams, and will play a key role in aligning infrastructure capabilities with business goals.

The ideal person for this will have hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering and a proven track record of leading teams in dynamic, global enterprise environments. The project will be hybrid 3 days / week in the Englewood Cliffs, NJ or Manhattan, NY areas. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers across database, automation, and middleware systems across both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Oversee infrastructure operations, including provisioning, configuration, performance tuning, and incident response.
• Work with on-premise datacenter environments that are mixed with cloud based operations (AWS & Azure)
• Drive adoption of infrastructure-as-code (IaC), automation tooling, and DevOps practices across hybrid cloud environments.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and compliance across infrastructure platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support CI / CD integration, cloud provisioning, virtual machine (VM) management, and secure deployments.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and documentation.
• Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.
• Manage on-call rotations and ensure 24x7 support coverage for critical systems.
• Lead strategic initiatives for modernization, cloud migration, and AI integration.
• Monitor infrastructure health using observability tools and drive continuous improvement.

Additional Details

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - 175,000 annually, depending on experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
