Summary of Essential Functions :

• Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
• Help with the setup, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support the creation, modification, and deactivation of user accounts in the ERP system, email systems, and other platforms.
• Assist with access permissions under supervision.
• Assist in tracking IT assets including hardware and software licenses. Help with organizing and maintaining inventory records.
• Support the installation and updating of approved software applications. Ensure compliance with licensing and security policies.
• Work closely with IT team members to learn best practices and gain hands-on experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical skills.
• Provide courteous and professional support to internal users. Communicate effectively to understand user needs and explain technical solutions clearly.
