Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect Module Specialist

About this Position :

Job Title : ServiceNow Architect

Years of Experience : 7 10 years in ServiceNow architecture module implementation or enterprise workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.

Lead integration efforts with other City systems and enterprise tools.

Design scalable secure workflows and automation strategies.

Implement ITOM ITAM SecOps and other advanced modules.

Oversee security compliance and governance for all ServiceNow environments.

Manage and optimize the CMDB structure relationships and data quality.

Provide technical leadership code reviews and platform strategy guidance.

Ensure solutions align with City service delivery goals and operational processes.

Required Skills

Deep technical expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and architectural patterns.

Strong understanding of security models compliance standards and platform governance.

Experience with MID servers discovery event management and orchestration.

Ability to design scalable maintainable enterprise workflows and integrations.

Proven leadership in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
