Lead It Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IT Product Manager to help drive forward the vision, strategy, and delivery of Enterprise Network Services as a Product. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the lifecycle and capabilities of our network platformsincluding data center, cloud, WAN, LAN, and emerging connectivity solutionstreating them as products consumed across the enterprise. You will be responsible for working with Engineering leaders in defining the roadmap, aligning with stakeholders, balancing cost and value, and ensuring our network capabilities deliver measurable business outcomes such as scalability, resiliency, and secure connectivity. This is a strategic role that requires product management expertise, strong technical fluency in networking, and the ability to translate enterprise needs into actionable network product features.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management or IT service ownership experience, ideally in enterprise infrastructure.
  • Strong technical understanding of enterprise networking.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute roadmaps and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in network modernization initiatives.
  • Background in financial management of IT services.
  • Familiarity with Agile practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • As part of our hiring process, we will be using an interviewing technology called HireVue. To ensure Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service must meet the following criteria : At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position / job. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

    Scheduled Weekly Hours : 40

    Pay Range : $126,300 - $173,700 per year

    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
