Along with a passion for helping people we look for :

A high school diploma (or equivalent)

Ability to pass a company-paid background check and drug screening

Schedules : open 7 days a week weekends and nights included

A hardwired internet connection in your work area

Basic understanding of financial terms (APR / Card benefits & usage etc.

1 year of customer service experience (Preferably in a call center environment)

Trained to handle multiple call types along with differing customer personalities

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
