Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and process daily One Call (811) tickets, ensuring all requests are acknowledged, tracked, and completed in a timely manner
- Communicate with field teams, subcontractors, and utility companies to coordinate safe digging activities and mark-outs
- Verify location accuracy and update ticketing systems with relevant documentation, maps, and site details
- Serve as a liaison between operations, clients, and regulatory agencies regarding ticket status and compliance
- Escalate urgent or complex tickets to appropriate personnel and follow up to resolution
- Maintain accurate digital records of tickets, permits, and utility clearance documentation
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks, reporting, and project coordination as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations related to excavation and utility locating
- Assist with continuous process improvements for ticketing workflow and operational efficiency
Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or field operations roleExperience with One Call ticketing systems (e.g., 811, DigAlert, Texas811, etc.) strongly preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing or dispatch systemsFamiliarity with mapping software or GIS tools is a plusCompany Description
