Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and process daily One Call (811) tickets, ensuring all requests are acknowledged, tracked, and completed in a timely manner
  • Communicate with field teams, subcontractors, and utility companies to coordinate safe digging activities and mark-outs
  • Verify location accuracy and update ticketing systems with relevant documentation, maps, and site details
  • Serve as a liaison between operations, clients, and regulatory agencies regarding ticket status and compliance
  • Escalate urgent or complex tickets to appropriate personnel and follow up to resolution
  • Maintain accurate digital records of tickets, permits, and utility clearance documentation
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks, reporting, and project coordination as needed
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations related to excavation and utility locating
  • Assist with continuous process improvements for ticketing workflow and operational efficiency

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or field operations role
  • Experience with One Call ticketing systems (e.g., 811, DigAlert, Texas811, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ticketing or dispatch systems
  • Familiarity with mapping software or GIS tools is a plus
