job_description.job_card.job_description7+ years of IT experience, ideally in a public sector or enterprise environment Hands-on experience in : IT asset lifecycle management Procurement rules and financial oversight ServiceNow HAM , Active Directory , SCCM Windows 10 & 11 , hardware troubleshooting , Ethernet networking Strong knowledge of : Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Google Suite Outstanding communication and customer service skills (in-person support required) Valid Arizona Driver s License with a good record Bachelor s degree in a related field (preferred)
What You ll Do
As a C&D Technician, you ll assist with :
- Hardware lifecycle management from procurement to disposal
- Inventory tracking and compliance using ServiceNow HAM
- Troubleshooting and configuring computer hardware
- Working directly with vendors and internal customers
- Supporting lifecycle operations through documentation and reporting
