Technical Solutions Lead – D365 Finance and Operations
Job Overview
The Technical Solutions Lead will provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful implementation of D365 Finance and Operations projects. This role focuses on development tasks, learning new processes, researching improvements, and assisting in defining, testing, and maintaining developed solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and document design sessions to translate business process requirements into technical requirements.
- Review, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues within the application maintenance and support process.
- Develop enhancements using best practices, establish interfaces, convert or migrate data, and develop reports using Power BI.
- Analyze client requirements and develop business analytics architecture using Power BI and Azure tools.
- Present and educate users on best practices for technical issues or questions.
- Manage LCS, DevOps, and Azure instances and deployments.
- Power BI development and modeling.
- Utilize Azure business analytics tools including Data Lake, Analytics, Data Factory, Data Warehouse, Synapse, SQL, and Power BI Paginated (SSRS) reports.
- Implement Power Automate solutions.
- Use BPM / RSAT, OData, and data entity store publication.
- Develop in X and C# and manage custom API approaches including AIF.
- Utilize data and customization migration toolsets.
- Perform SQL Server (T-SQL) tasks including ad-hoc reports, application queries, and stored procedures.
- Apply experience with ERP software, preferably Dynamics AX / D365.
- Handle any projects requiring programming or development, regardless of technology.
