Position Description

The Interim Senior Social Worker provides both clinical services and program leadership within outpatient clinics and limited inpatient areas. This role blends direct practice with oversight of a small team (3 social workers plus one isolated role) and supports the stabilization, evaluation, and improvement of a rapidly growing program.

Program Leadership & Supervision

• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and support to social work staff.
• Lead program development, workflow improvements, and quality initiatives.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with medical practice leaders.
• Support onboarding, skill development, and documentation standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with community agencies and promote effective referral pathways.
