bout the Role : The Design Director at BILL leads and manages the day-to-day workload of the design team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets for marketing campaigns, collateral, emails, event signage, swag, and more. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders across Brand, Copy, Product, and Growth Marketing to interpret creative briefs, define strategic approaches, and oversee execution within brand guidelines. The ideal candidate is both a skilled designer and an experienced people manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional craft and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities :
