Remote - Full Time

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant to support our CEO. This individual will manage a wide range of executive, administrative, and brand-related responsibilities with professionalism and discretion such as :

  • Executive Support & Communication (25%)
  • Manage executive correspondence and prioritize communications
  • Maintain calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle scheduling
  • Represent the CEO in high-level interactions with professionalism
  • Social Media & Personal Brand Management (30%)
  • Oversee and strengthen social media presence
  • Curate and schedule content across platforms
  • Support the development and consistency of the CEO’s personal brand
  • Travel Planning & Logistics (15%)
  • Coordinate flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Manage itineraries and trip details
  • Provide occasional personal scheduling support

    • This is a remote role requiring :

  • Reliable internet connection.
  • A dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
  • Availability for regular virtual meetings.

    • Qualifications

    We are looking for someone who is not only highly skilled but also eager to grow with us. Our ideal candidate :

  • Valid USA visa and ability to travel within the USA, Latin America, and Europe
  • Must be living in Medellin.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required); Portuguese is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience managing executive calendars, email correspondence, and social media accounts.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

    • Compensation

  • $900–$1,400 USD per month (contractor role, based on experience).
