About the Role :

As a Project Manager , you’ll lead 6-8 façade restoration projects , focusing on Local Law 11 compliance . You’ll be at the heart of preserving NYC’s architectural legacy , overseeing crucial inspections and managing projects from start to finish , all while collaborating closely with senior management and clients to deliver exceptional results .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage multiple façade restoration projects , from planning through to completion .
  • Conduct scaffold and field inspections to ensure compliance with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations.
  • Mentor junior staff and work closely with property owners and contractors to ensure top-tier project execution .
  • Gain invaluable mentorship from a licensed PE and an experienced architect , accelerating your career growth .

Qualifications :

  • 4+ years in architecture or engineering project management , with a strong focus on restoration .
  • FISP experience ; PE or QPSI certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with NYC building laws , restoration materials , and scaffold inspections .
