• Setup and operate CNC lathes varying 2 axis to 5 axis and milling machines with up to 4 axis’s to produce components : sizes range from 2-inch diameter / short length to 20-inch diameter / long length
• Read and understand technical drawings to produce parts that meet specifications
• Read and understand G-Code and make edits as needed during setup
• Adjust machine offsets to ensure part conformance
• Trouble shoot problems that occur during the course of the day on machines in your designated area.
• Responsible for maintaining lot traceability and accountability
• Measure and document dimensions during operations and maintain appropriate machining and operations records
• Willingness and commitment to teach and to help improve skill sets in others
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
• Work independently without assistance.
• Follow company process and procedures to comply with ISO and AS9100 standards
• Other duties as assigned
• Authority to perform all tasks / activities responsibly
