The CommunityRelations Director, Team Lead is responsible for sales and marketing efforts toachieve retirement community occupancy goals. Depending on assigned campus, theCommunity Relations Director will shift their selling focus, strategy, andactivity from reservations and filling a new building, to maintainingoccupancy, to building a multi-year waiting list. This role is a member of thecampus leadership team. Periodically, the Community Relations Director, Team Lead attendswider-community events to network and assure a positive public relations presencefor the local Wesley community. This job is classified as an inside sales, non-exempt, hourly role.

This role is eligible for the Sales Incentive Plan which has an award target of 15% of base pay.
