A2Z Workforce Solutions is actively seeking bilingual (English / Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in South Phoenix. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position. In this role, you will :
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Report to lead person at beginning of shift for production schedule.
- Load and unload tires
- Order picking / order selecting
- Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
- Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 80 pounds
- Work on feet for extended periods of time
