The CRM Systems Developer / Administrator will optimize the FirstNet Authority’s CRM platform to improve data management, reporting, and integration with critical systems (e.g., ArcGIS, Qualtrics). This role requires expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, workflow automation, Power BI analytics, and system integration to support the agency’s mission. The ideal candidate will combine technical skills with an understanding of public safety stakeholders’ needs. Key Responsibilities Enhance & Maintain Dynamics 365 CRM. Improve stakeholder data management, reporting, and usability. Design and implement automated processes (e.g., contact list uploads, notifications) and integrate with external platforms (ArcGIS, Qualtrics). Configure dashboards (Power BI), predictive analytics, and ad-hoc reports for decision-making. Optimize CRM performance, mobile access (Power Apps), and single sign-on (SSO) integrations. Migrate data, configure entity models, and ensure field-level security. Provide technical assistance, create training materials, and conduct workshops for end-users. Deliver weekly progress updates and monthly technical reports on tasks, metrics, and corrective actions. Required Technical Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, workflows, security roles). Proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Experience integrating CRM with external systems (e.g., ArcGIS, Qualtrics, APIs). Strong skills in data analytics, predictive modeling, and visualization (Excel, Power BI). Knowledge of entity / data model configuration and performance tuning.
