Part-Time Receptionist To Corporate Office & Distribution Center
Location : Stafford, TX
Length : Indefinite temporary opening
Hours : Monday through Friday from 12p-5p (25 hours / week)
Pay Rate : $20 / hr.
Pre-Employment Details : Candidate MUST have a CLEAR background and completed a 10-panel drug screen AND nicotine test.

Additional Details : This person will be responsible for inputting Salesforce leads, so they need someone who will take ownership of responsibilities
General Statement :
The Receptionist cordially greets and welcomes all customers to provide a positive experience. The Receptionist routs callers to the appropriate party in a manner that helps them feel like a valued customer. This individual leverages knowledge of the company organization and product / service offerings to review, qualify, and assign customer inquiries to the appropriate Sales resource for prompt response to customer requests. Additionally, the Receptionist performs diversified administrative duties supporting various departments and assists with a variety of Company activities and functions. The Receptionist provides superior customer service to management and employees through the diligent coordination, communication, and completion of all steps involved in assigned duties.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Reception and Administrative :
Welcomes employees and visitors with a positive, can-do approach that portrays the highest levels of customer service. Demonstrates a sense of urgency in meeting customer needs.Creates and provides badges to customers / guests and collects badges from guests exiting the campus. Ensures lobby area stays neat and tidy, and guests are comfortable while waiting.Courteously and efficiently answers all incoming calls and accurately routes calls in accordance with established guidelines.Proficiently uses all features of the company's telephone systems and customer support tools in a high call volume environment.Adeptly handles difficult or angry customers while maintaining poise, remaining calm and polite at all times.Assists with event preparation responsibilities as needed, including room set up with supplies / equipment, coordination of seating arrangements, meal provisions, decorating, etc.Performs various administrative duties including but not limited to : supports departments with various mailings / filing, and maintains safe site records.Customer Inquiries :
Utilizes Lead Management process in Salesforce to capture new prospective customer information, qualify leads, and assign to appropriate Sales resource.Reviews customer inquiries received through digital channels and determines disposition of each based on the customer and nature of the request.Confirms customer location, product / service request details, and other required information by contacting customer directly and / or conducting research as needed.Forwards inquiries from existing customers to assigned Sales resource based on account assignment, location, and product / service responsibility.Ensures Salesforce data is complete, accurate, and updated daily.Monitors status of assigned Leads and supports sales teams as needed.Requirements :
Knowledge & Experience :
High School diploma or equivalent required with some college business course work preferred.Knowledge of office administrative procedures and standard office equipment.Knowledge of Company product and service offerings required.Prior inbound call experience preferred with demonstrated exceptional phone etiquette.1-3 years administrative experience, customer service or equivalent education and training.Understanding of and ability to navigate the Company organization to assign inquiries to appropriate Sales resources.Basic Microsoft office computer experience.Job Competencies :
