Hours : Days : 8am - 5pm, Monday-Friday, Rotating on Saturdays with the Clinic Leaders

Northwest Human Services (NWHS) is seeking a mission-driven Dental Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of our dental department. This role ensures that our community has access to high-quality, patient-centered, and equitable dental care within a collaborative, multi-site healthcare environment.
Position Overview
The Dental Clinic Manager oversees all aspects of daily operations for the dental departmentensuring efficient clinical workflows, exceptional patient experiences, and compliance with all regulatory standards, including HRSA, OSHA, HIPAA, and The Joint Commission. In partnership with the Dental Director, the manager plays a key leadership role in strategic planning, quality improvement, staff supervision, and financial performance monitoring. This position also supports integrated care coordination, community outreach, and data-driven performance management to advance NWHS's mission of accessible, compassionate care for all.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Healthcare Administration or related field. Minimum three (3) years of management experience in a healthcare or community health center setting. Minimum three (3) years of direct supervisory experience in dental or healthcare operations. Strong knowledge of dental workflows, compliance regulations, and quality assurance standards. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and patient populations. Radiology Certificate, EFDA, and BLS / CPR certification preferred.
