Summary

Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, texts, and / or emails from prospects and existing customers. Utilizing this information, the coordinator sets up this information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool as well as setting the appointment for the estimator.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The lists below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education : Minimum High School Graduate / College Preferred
• Years of Experience : Minimum of 2 years customer service
• Language Skills :  Must speak English fluently and Spanish is a plus
• Driver License :  Preferred
• Demonstrate ability to accurately capture information (name, address, phone, email) and provide example of accuracy accountability
