Be the leader behind high-impact federal infrastructure projects. Weston is hiring a seasoned Construction Project Manager ready to step into a leadership role overseeing complex, electrical-heavy MILCON projects for DoD and USACE clients. These large-scale efforts demand a manager who can confidently drive scope, schedule, and client relationships while leading dispersed teams to successful execution. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 10+ years managing Federal / MILCON construction projects (DoD / USACE experience strongly preferred)
• Proven success delivering projects in the $40M+ range, ideally with a strong electrical component
• Deep knowledge of both fixed-price and cost-reimbursable contracts
• Skilled in cost tracking, forecasting, risk mitigation, and reporting
• Advanced in the use of Primavera P6, MS Project, and construction management tools like RMS and Procore
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating directly with federal clients
• Excellent communicator able to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability
• PMP, CCM, or PE certification highly desirable

Salary Range : $93,993-$124,333-$154,570
