Key Responsibilities :

• Review insurance payments for accuracy based on fee schedules
• Prepare and submit appeals for underpaid or denied claims
• Follow up with insurance carriers regarding outstanding balances
• Respond to patient inquiries via telephone during business hours
• Perform other daily tasks and administrative duties as assigned
