Job Title : Technical Architect

Location : Miami, FL (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite a week)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Delivery :

Architect end-to-end solutions across telecom domains including network systems, OSS / BSS, and customer engagement platforms.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical designs.

Technology Integration :

Lead integration efforts across legacy systems, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure seamless interoperability.

Innovation & Strategy :

Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to enhance solution capabilities and support digital transformation initiatives.

Documentation & Standards :

Develop architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and enforce best practices and compliance standards.

Mentorship & Leadership :

Provide technical guidance to development teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

15–18 years of experience in solution architecture, with significant exposure to telecom systems and infrastructure.

Strong understanding of telecom technologies including 5G, SDN / NFV, VoIP, and cloud-native architectures.

Hands-on experience with OSS / BSS platforms, service orchestration, and network management systems.

Proficiency in designing solutions using microservices, APIs, containers (Docker / Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
