Pay : $20-$23 per hour (DOE)

Schedule : Full-Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with QuickBooks, and Accounts Receivable and be comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
• Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and assist with basic bookkeeping
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide general office support
• Manage filing systems (digital and paper) and maintain organized records
• Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence
• Support management with additional administrative projects as needed
