Job Description

As a Commercial Pest Control Sales Representative, your main focus will be on new business-to-business account development. You will be responsible for making cold calls, setting up appointments with prospects, and presenting innovative programs all while earning commissions in a protected territory. An extensive sales training program will be provided to make sure that you are adequately prepared to take ownership of your new role.

What to expect

Drive strategic new business development initiatives within the B2B sector, identifying and securing high-value accounts.

Proactively engage with and convert company-generated leads through timely, value-driven outreach and follow-up.

Qualify prospective clients, schedule consultative appointments, and deliver compelling presentations tailored to business needs.

Consistently achieve or exceed defined sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and solution-oriented selling.

Conduct thorough client follow-ups and quality assurance engagements to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

Pest Control experience (preferred)

6+ months business to business sales experience

Sales hunter mentality

Outstanding customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Ability to cold call, propose, and close new business deals

Ability to utilize desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and other electronics
