About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for a variety of events and occasions. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality products and services. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all orders are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Minimum Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
Strong knowledge of floral design techniques and principles
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications :

Degree in Floral Design or related field

Experience with event management and coordination

Knowledge of interior design principles

Experience providing basic direction and guiding people

Experience with cake decorating

Responsibilities :

Design and create floral arrangements for a variety of events and occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and special occasions

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide guidance and recommendations as needed

Maintain inventory of floral supplies and materials, and order new supplies as needed

Ensure that all orders are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our clients

Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills :

As a Floral Designer, you will use your skills in merchandising, balancing, floral design, special events, event management, interior design, providing basic direction, and guiding people on a daily basis. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent time management and organizational skills. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality products and services. Additionally, you will need to have strong communication and customer service skills, as you will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
