Professional Services Network Engineer

As a Professional Services Network Engineer at STEP youll deliver advanced networking solutions across multi-vendor environments. You will plan implement and support projects involving routing switching wireless and security technologies from leading manufacturers such as Extreme Networks Aruba Juniper Fortinet Palo Alto Cradlepoint and others. Youll take ownership of smaller standalone implementations and contribute to larger complex engagements under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.

Typical activities include network design assistance device configuration and staging software upgrades on-site installation system validation troubleshooting and detailed documentation following STEPs established standards. Youll work directly with customers project managers and peers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently securely and to specification representing STEPs commitment to technical excellence and exceptional service.
