IT Infrastructure Engineer - Network

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a member of the Enterprise network team a candidate will be expected to participate in both project related work as well as day to day operational support.

Provide general support across multiple network environments, including campus, data center, and WAN.

Provide firewall support to include day to day troubleshooting of connectivity requests and VPN tunnels

Complete after hours changes as needed

Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Willingness to work on site to support Campus network environments.

Work with multiple customers, stakeholders, and system owners to produce requirements, determine feasibility, analyze cost / benefits requirements, and recommend design solution options.

Provide training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge.

• Pay Range for this role is -$105,000 to $135,000
