Aimbridge Corporate - Information Technology Security Manager

Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Security Manager, you will be responsible for safeguarding the organization’s IT infrastructure by deploying and managing security tools and technologies Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Email Security, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and firewall solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing and integrating key security systems, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure network and systems remain secure, compliant and resilient. A strong understanding of security architecture and engineering will be essential for success in this role.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Experience : 4–8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including hands-on experience with EDR, SIEM, PAM, Email Security and security monitoring
• Technical Proficiency : Practical knowledge of cybersecurity tools, threat detection, and response strategies.
• Certifications : Industry certifications such as Security+, CySA+, or equivalent are preferred.
• Incident Handling : Proven experience responding to and managing cybersecurity incidents.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to assess complex technical security issues and provide practical mitigation strategies.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in articulating security issues to cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and security best practices (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Scripting or automation experience to improve security operations.
• Understanding of network security architecture, VPNs, and IDS / IPS technologies
• Experience working with third-party vendors in a managed security services model.
