Hourly Rate : $23.75

I. POSITION SUMMARY

This position is a casual position responsible for the operation and upkeep of all vessels and

related equipment in accordance with the Captain's and / or Pilot's, Boatswain's instructions. Work

is performed indoors / outdoors and can be in any weather condition. Work schedules can be

modified to fit the departmental needs which may require the employee to work shift work

and / or weekends. This casual position is part-time with no guaranteed number of hours, nor are

there any guaranteed assignments.

II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist passengers in making their transit safe and enjoyable, demonstrate the use of safety

equipment as required, monitor passenger access / egress areas for safety and integrity

vessel, maintain a proper lookout, conducting watchman tour

external customers
