What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
Oversee and manage the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) door compliance program for retail sitesConduct Method of Procedure (MOP) reviews to ensure compliance with safety standardsExecute asset verification processes and maintain accurate inventory recordsManage refrigerant tracking programs to ensure compliance with EPA regulationsProvide technical guidance and administrative support to building engineering teamsWhat is Required (Qualifications) :
5+ years of facilities and engineering experience with expertise in MEP systems and facility managementStrong understanding of ADA compliance requirements and safety protocolsProficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPointExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs across large facility portfoliosExperience with administrative functions in engineering environments, including documentation and vendor managementHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
Professional certifications in facilities management (CFM, FMP) or engineering disciplinesExperience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards#J-18808-Ljbffr
