Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales and Marketing at the Best Western Plus Hotel & Conference Center. The Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing day-to-day sales operations, overseeing customer service, leading and managing a team, and driving business development efforts. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and achieve revenue goals.
