This is a temporary position that will end December 8th, 2025.
Responsibilities
Ensures daily performance metrics are being met or exceeded, i.e., quality, service level and schedule adherence metrics80% of your day will consist of coaching and educating agents on how to improve their performanceCreate an environment focusing on fun, enthusiasm and accountabilityTake initiative and show leadership by creating performance improvement plansAdminister coaching and disciplinary action when appropriateHandle both internal and client led performance discussionsPerform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or other managementEnsure all policies and procedures are adhered to including, but not limited to Security, HR, Operations, etc., and that any known infractions are communicated to the proper management immediatelyMust be able to take calls when needed.Qualifications
Must have at least 1 year supervisory experienceMust have an active Healthcare licenseMust be able to work onsite in Port Saint LucieMust be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-7PM EST Monday to Friday subject to change at client's discretionCollege degree preferred or equivalent work experience requiredAbility to work under pressure, plan, meet deadlines and be accountable for the performance of othersSolid organizational, administrative, leadership and time management skillsAbility to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and follow through to obtain desired resultsMust have a keen sense of attention to detailSkilled in determining why and how tasks should be attempted and their effective completionProven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem-solving skillsTyping speed of 25 wpmExcellent written and verbal communication skills consistent with North American business standardsMust have availability to work various shifts influenced by current business needsHigh school diploma or GED requiredExcellent attendance history is requiredMust pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screening, illegal drug tests and credit checksRequired Skills
