A growing, top-notch, popular hospitality group (fast food, casual dining, and fine dining, cafes and hotels) is looking for a CFO for their executive team based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Prefer experience in the multi-unit, multi-brand, concept restaurant industry!

• Salary $150k - $200k based on your experience level

Qualifications

Must come out of the hospitality industry - restaurants, fast food, fine dining, casual dining, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate should possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO

Support the financial planning and analysis efforts

Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits

Prepare financial statements and reports

Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions

Manage relationships with banks.

Strong finance-based analytical skills

3+ years' of financial management experience in a Sr. financial management role

CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
