As a Teacher Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where children can explore, learn, and thrive. You'll work closely with lead teachers in our beautiful, Reggio-inspired environments, gaining hands-on experience and opportunities for professional and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lessons and classroom activities.
• Engage with children in play, learning, and discovery, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being at all times.
• Help prepare and organize classrooms, including setup, cleanup, and maintaining a tidy, inspiring environment.
• Foster positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and staff members.
• Assist with hands-on learning activities, including art, sensory play, reading, and nature-based projects.
• Support toileting, diapering, and hygiene routines as needed.
• Monitor and assist children during meals and snack times.
• Encourage and model positive social interactions and support behavior guidance strategies.
• Follow all health, safety, and state childcare regulations and policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training sessions to continue learning and growing.
