• $250k student loan repayment and $60k sign-on bonus
• 100% outpatient, no call
• Salary is $275k with a 2-year guarantee, can switch to RVUs sooner if wanted

• 36 patient hours and 4 hours of admin, can work 4 or 5 days a week
