Position Summary :

Oklahoma State University Medical Center is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Advisor to support key HR functions and provide exceptional service to employees and leaders. This role focuses on employee relations, new employee orientation, and administrative support, contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct and document investigations into workplace concerns, supporting resolution efforts in collaboration with HR leadership.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation, ensuring new hires receive a welcoming and informative introduction to OSUMC.
• Maintain organized and confidential filing systems for HR communications, including case documentation and correspondence.
• Respond to internal and external requests for employment verification with accuracy and timeliness.
• Process and respond to unemployment claims, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures.
• Guide employees through the tuition reimbursement process, including eligibility review, documentation, and tracking.
• Monitor and update competency records to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Serve as an internal consultant on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support HR initiatives related to workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data.
• Assist with benefits-related activities.
• Deliver high-quality HR services that reflect OSUMC's values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
