Training Ambassador Cherry (Nights)

Pay Rate : $20.28 per hour

• Be able to demonstrate job tasks to new hies so that they will understand the physical requirements as well as quality safety and using good manufacturing practices.
• Record new hiress job performance on proficiency sheet.
• Must be able to understand staffing requirements on lines for different product run and adjust staffing and training in co-ordination with line supervisor.
• Conduct plant tours for applicants.
• Must be able to give new hire orientations.
