As an AI Engineer , youll help build the next generation of intelligent Agents that power this platform autonomous systems that reason, collaborate, and deliver actionable insights across complex enterprise environments. Youll work at the frontier of applied AI blending model engineering, orchestration, and product thinking to make AI truly useful and reliable in enterprise contexts.

What Youll Do

• Design, build, and scale intelligent multi-agent systems that can autonomously perform complex reasoning, analysis, and decision-support tasks.
• Architect and optimize AI workflows that combine LLMs, tools, and retrieval mechanisms into reliable, explainable, and repeatable outcomes.
• Develop evaluation and control frameworks to ensure agent accuracy, traceability, and performance in dynamic enterprise settings.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate business problems into scalable AI capabilities.
• Continuously refine agent behavior and orchestration through experimentation, system-level tuning, and real-world feedback.
