Key Responsibilities

• Lead On-Site Operations : Oversee project execution with full responsibility for field operations, ensuring projects are delivered to exact specifications, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Solve Real-Time Problems : Be the first responder to field issues, using your engineering expertise to diagnose and resolve challenges on the spot. No two days are the same, and every day offers a new problem to solve.
• Client-Facing Role : Serve as the critical link between clients, project managers, and subcontractors on-site, ensuring that every phase of construction meets client expectations and Zephyrus standards of excellence.
• Project Management from the Ground Up : Manage the coordination of materials, schedules, and labor resources directly on the job site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
