Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Kennesaw, GA and Plano, TX. This is a 12 + month contract position.

Responsibilities :

  • Focus on providing specialized support for critical financial systems, including transaction authorization applications and payment platforms
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes to improve team efficiency
  • Propose changes and enhancement to tools to reduce manual task
  • Support the deployment of application updates, patches, and changes
  • Triage and resolve production issues, incident management, create complex reporting and ensure stability for applications such as Zelle, Bill Pay, Real Time Payments, Digital Wallet, and Base24 (Tandem XPNET)

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in Level 2 production support or similar role
  • Able to lead and drive production triage calls to restoral understanding customer impacts and the customers experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate impacts to key stakeholders
  • Splunk
  • Java
  • Data Warehouse
  • Familiarity with several ticketing systems such as Remedy and ServiceNow
  • Able to collaborate with external vendors, such Visa, Client, TCH, EWS, and Client
  • Experience with scripting, automation tools, and building dashboards
  • Proficient in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution
  • Experience using monitoring and reporting tools to extract information and analyze logs
  • Exposure to cloud technologies
  • Advanced knowledge with Excel and PowerPoint designing custom reports
  • AI predictive analytics for strategic decision making processes
  • Experience in Resiliency testing

    • Desired Skills :

  • Good understanding of Agile process / kanban, working experience in agile tools like JIRA

    • Pay range : $46.09 - $54.09
