This role involves operating mail sorting and opening equipment, scanning incoming mail, and performing various clerical and administrative tasks. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and demonstrate consistent attendance. Key Responsibilities : Operate mailroom equipment including OPEX P40 Mail Sorter and OPEX Envelopener® Letter Opener Physically sort mail into designated lockbox bins and handle mis-sorts Perform inbound scanning and delivery of receipted mail Operate high / low-speed capture equipment Handle exceptions and perform related clerical tasks Perform basic data entry and maintain accuracy and compliance standards Stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs. throughout the shift Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications : Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills required Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be reliable and maintain consistent attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Note : This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with potential for long-term placement based on performance and attendance.
