Our North Tulsa Independence location is currently seeking a Buyer. Ourlocation is at 5500 E. Independence St. Tulsa OK.

What Will You Do

• Contribute in developing and implementing global supply chain management strategies
• Initiate RFQ after obtaining required approvals or MRP demands
• Identify and Develop vendors
• Maintain an accurate recordkeeping system and provide reports on various phases of activities
• Regularly communicate material issues that may impact Customer due dates with Customer Service Project Managers and other team members.
• Monitor and manage stock materials / inventory
• Regularly attend team meetings to discuss project and order status and to identify and resolve issues that may impact the customer.
• Drive and implement recommendations enabling continuous improvement and cost reduction opportunities
• Manage the supplier relationship :
• Monitor performance
• Ensure proper invoicing
• Issue purchase orders including revisions and ensure fulfillment as contracted
• Review pricing and back order management
